I'm 14 and I cant take pills and if I use childrens liquid Ibuprofen will it hel!

Question:

I'm 14 and I cant take pills and if I use childrens liquid Ibuprofen will it help for cramps???

or PMS because right now I'm feeling very tired and dizzy like I'm gonna pass out. And my stomach is hurting a little bit. And on the bottle it says 11 years old weight: 72-95 pounds. I'm 14 but I'm in that weight zone...is that still ok for me to take it? And it also says that the medicine is for temporary relief of minor pains and aches BUT due to common cold, flu, sore throat, headaches, and toothaches.
And it reduces fever.
Will this still help for cramps and PMS and stuff?
Another question...how do I take it? With food?Drink? Do I have to drink or eat something first theeen take the medicine? Remember its liquid.

Answers:

Yes, you can take this, and yes it should help with your cramps. You should only have to take it with water, but if you want you can eat something beforehand and it may make it easier on your stomach.

Ibuprofen is a pain reliever and a mild muscle relaxant, so it helps with cramping muscles (or menstrual cramps), whether its in liquid or tablet form.
