If you crush pills do you get the same effect???
the same effect as if you took it whole? Because idk how to take pills and i always get scared or throw it up. But people keep saying to crush it. Does that still work for your symptoms?

Read the instructions that came with the pills. Most will say if they can or cannot be crushed. If they can't, I recommend putting the pill into applesauce. You can trick you gag reflex into thinking that it's just a bite of food that way.
