Does running get rid of cellulite?!


Question:

Does running get rid of cellulite?

I'm happy with my weight and my body from the waist up, but i have icky cellulite on my legs and butt. I plan to sign up at a gym next week, but i dont want to end up wasting time and i really don't want to work that hard (lazy). What are the chances that i can just run a lot and my cellulite will disappear?
If not, whats the easiest way to get rid of it, minus creams and lotions and surgeries?


Answers:

The easiest way (seriously) is toning the legs, squats, lunges, more squats and more lunges...all leg workouts and plenty of water. Water seems to be the answer for everything it actually flushes your system and breaks down the fatty tissues that forms cellulite. Try lots of leg exercises that targets those ares proned to cellulite after running. Running will do it but its not specifically targeting those areas so that's where the strength training comes in at. Try it you'll be surprised! I know because I've done it :)
