What are your emotional symptoms with PMS?
Hey just wondering how many of you experience the extreme emotions i do when the aunt flow comes over. A week before my period i get really, really mean. I feel like i could scream at everyone, and i dont like it, i do take pms tyenol, and that works, but its shocking how whacked i can get...what do you get like and how do you deal with it?

i suffer from it too ...don't worry. just remember you will get over it in a few weeks or so..everything feels worse than it is.
