Is it natural to bleed after an orgasm? cos i did?

i started my period on sunday, and it finished on wednesday night. i didnt bleed all day but wen i got 2 bed yesterday (thursday) i had about 30-40 orgasms. when i went to the toilet, i was bleeding when i wiped. it carried on today and i'm still bleeding. it is a little sensitive down there, and i put on a pad and a tiny, tiny amount has been soaked in, but it's brown blood. it was red when i wiped before. could this be old blood? i tried wiping down there and there's tiny, tiny splatters of brown blood, sometimes it's red.
should i see a doctor, or is it unnecessary, is this my period? i don't have any other symptoms whatsoever, and i'm only 13

if an orgasm is a really nice feeling in the vagina tha lasts about 5-6 seconds a time then yes i had 30-40 of them
