Is this Normal?
Ok I am almost 13(August 2) and 5'2" and I weigh 128lbs. I know that is a little overweight but the ONLY part of my body that shows the weight is my stomach. I want to lose my it. I eat a healthy and balanced diet and i play tennis and swim 3 times a week and i'm not lazy. I've tried situps, all the ab workouts and my abs are really strong but i have a lot of fat over them. i can do like 100 situps in a row in like 3min. Please help! I am going to Miami Beach in late July and I want to fit into a bikini and be comfortable. I dont have a target weight I just dont want to have a big stomach. Help and thanks in advance!

This is my diet now -
breakfast: bowl of special k cereal with fatfree skim milk and cup of coffee
lunch:lean pocket and apple or peach
dinner: 8oz of meat and a side of vegetables and rice
snacks:trail mix

Cardio! I had the same problem. Run or jog at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes. Do jumping jacks and jump roping. You could also try a cardio video or class like Zoomba or Yoga Booty Ballet. The problem is that your body is used to the excersies you have been doing and expects that amount of work. Therefore you must add more activity to loose the flab.
