I had my first period like 2 months ago in April, and the next time I had it, it was around a week off. I don't know why. Is this normal or not?

Yes, this is completely normal for just starting your menstrual cycle, it will take a couple of months before you can set your clock to it. Assuming that you are not sexually active, so many other things can affect your cycle. Stress, diet, etc.
