Can you take a Midol when you have cramps but haven't started your period yet?
Because I have cramps and I know I am going to start soon but I haven't yet. Can I still take some Midol for the cramps or do I have to wait until I actually start?

yes you can. i do it all the time just before i know its coming.
and then you have your period and no cramps ! :)
i also take ibuprofen 800 mg from my doc that helps too before the cramps start and have a whole day free from them.
