Can I take mucinex and tylenol cold med. at the same time?!

Question: they both have the same kind of expectorant in it. I took one mucinex (4-6 hr extended release) 2 hours ago, but I need to take care of my itchy eyes/nose and sore throat! Should I wait awhile?

Yes, you can. Mixing expectorant ingredients is fine - it's mixing painkillers that you need to be really careful of.
