Just vitamin B's and Coenzyme Q-10. Vitamin B's are for stress, cholesterol, burn carbs, mental clarity, and numerous other benefits. CoQ10 is for overall energy boost. After all, I'm not a spring chicken anymore.

Rest of vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients, I get from fresh fruits and vegetables. No supplement, not even whole food supplement can come close to nature's amount of antioxidants and phytonutrients. Just not possible, they're too sensitive to light, oxygen, and heat and breaks down very quickly.

Superfood,Vitamin E,C,Omega 3,flax oil,Sea vegg.

Since i have been taking these i have noticed a difference especially more energy during the day.

Multivitamin, vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Magnesium

These give me energy and ever since I started taking Vitamin C, the incidences of me getting colds have decreased dramatically.
