eat prunes and drink alot of coconut juice...then run to the toilet. if that does not work....try eating at KFC early in the morning. It always works for me.

dont fall victim to herbal remedies and concoctions of lemon/honey and olive oil stuff....it's a waste of money and doesn't really do anything beneficial.
just make sure your drinking enough water- your colon is doing what it is supposed to be doing to begin with!
