Hi, Try flax oil. You can take it in capsule form. I took 9 a day when I was pregnant. Did it work -- it's a long-term benefit for brain health for me.
Yes! Nordic Naturals makes great supplements - I use their Cod Liver Oil capsules for my kids, as well as my personal Favorite brand - Nature's Sunshine. The Nature's Sunshine people all have degree's from Basteer University & have been making supplements since the 70's. Both brands you might find to be a little more costly, however the quality of product you'd recieve would far exceed any of the "Natural" products or brands out there. With "Natural" products we must be aware that it doesn't mean its organic. With supplements & food alike organic is the most healthy & productive means of providing fuel for our bodies!
