Red tea(Rooibos) is. I drink it all the time and it tastes better, has a smooth, creamy taste. I usually add lavender to mine, because it relaxes me. Studies show that it has 50 percent more antioxidants than green tea. Rooibos comes in red and green, they are basically the same except that the red has been fermented and the color changes from green to red. The green rooibos is like eating raw vegetables instead of cooked. It has more nutrients than the red. Green tea has gotten more press and is virtually unknown of in the U.S, it is from South Africa.
