1. Make sure you eat something with protien in the morning. A protien and sugar/carb would be good.
2. Exercise will help give you some energy.
3. Coffe always works for me.
4. Snack to stay awake. Avoid foods really high in sugar because you will just crash.
5. Taking notes and highlighting will help you stay focused.
6. Get a physical. I was feeling like this and bloodwork showed a low level thyroid which makes you tired all the time.

sleep early sleep aroundd 9 or 10 dont watch tv go directly to bed and sleep

Go for some protein in the morning - cheese or eggs, oatmeal, or a protein shake - to keep your body from starvation mode. A body starving for protein will use up the muscles to survive - rendering the body exhausted. And keep hydrated to allow the muscles to do their best job without pain. Also, sleeping and waking at the same time each day programs the brain to think clearly - 8-10 hours of sleep is best for growing students. Have a healthy and happy leap year!

I agree with roadrunner on everything but the protein comment, that's one of those infomercial things, protein may help in a proper combination of fat and/or carbs, but alone it will do little for energy, as it is the least preferred form.

Taking notes is definitely a good way to keep focused and awake, but you may want to get checked for sleep apnea or ADHD as those both can contribute to a lack of attention and sleep problems (those are probably the most common i can think of).

And of course, coffee is king, just don't get hooked on it, I am, and i know it's "just coffee" but I need it to function normally
