Simple hot stone massage?!
Question: heat stones in crockpot with towel underneath and be able to set the stone in your hand, dip in oil and massage? this is how I've done it, but, only once.

I took La Stone training. It was worth the money. I was trained to apply oil to the client first. I highly reccomend the training. It will really help your practice.
I love the hot stone massages. I have never had one where they dip it in the oil.they first do the warm up massage with the oil and hands. The stones are not used the whole massage.
I would go online and research it better. YOU have the idea of it. Also, go to another massage therapist that uses stones to understand the pressure ect. You aso need rocks you are comfortable with. You also have to be careful they are not to hot.
I've never had one personally however I am happy to see that you are an alternative practitioner. Keep up the good work.
