Cure a stuffy nose?!
Question: I have an extremely stuff nose.
Vicks doesn't work.
The steamed water doesn't work.
I'm a vegetarian, so no chicken soup.
I've been sick for about a day now.

OK, here is what you should do:
-close all of your windows if your hose is cold
-wear warm clothes
-wear a hat outside
-drink tea
-don't flush your nose to much because the tension will make your nose hurt
-just be cozy and don't pick your nose to much.
Twirl a couple wet Kleenex up each nostril until they're opened up.
Nostrilla. Its the name of a nasal spray i use when i get so stuffy i cant breathe. I found it at CVS but my guess is you can find it at any drug store. You just spray it in your nose and within minutes you can breathe again! And it lasts most of the day. This stuff is great ive used it many times.
My wife uses steamed water with eucalyptus leaves (herbal vicks). Has good effect on clearing noes.
Also, Oprah Winfrey's doctor Dr. Mehmet Oz, recommeds "neti pot" or nasal irrigation. Works for allergies according to rvita.com. This is obviously to avoid stuffy nose, not to cure it when you have it.
mix:
15 drops eucalyptus essential oil
13 drops pine essential oil
2 drops peppermint essential oil
pour into a dark amber like bottle. apply 2-3 drops to a cotton ball and inhale occassionally.
