Question: I tried these sleeping pills last night (they exspired 6 years ago) and all they did was make me really gassy , So im wondering if i take more could they work???

first of all you should'nt get any pills from the counter that are expired. thier not good and don't work. 2nd: y are you taking them anyways do u have a sleeping disorder or something? TOSS THEM OUT AND DON'T USE THEM ANYMORE! you could be hurting your body.

Yes you can. Go to the pharmacy and look for a product with Diphenhydramine HCl... it's concentrated Gravol that induces drowsiness :)
