Vinegar will fix your problem. Your body is calling for acid to digest your food. Oil and vinegar dressing on a salad will help you tremendously. Try chewing your food longer so the saliva can get a chance to break it down and start the digestive process. Don't drink more than 3-4 ounces of liquid with your meal as it delutes the stomach's digestive juices.

Here are a few:

Home Remedies for Digestion Problems with Ginger:
Ginger aids in the digestion process by stimulating the intestinal muscles.
But more than that, ginger can also detoxify the stomach, flushing out toxins that could be impending the functions of the intestines.

* To use it, bring to a boil several slices of ginger in a cup of water. Drink the juice produced after every meal.

Treat Digestion Problems with Lime:
Studies show that lime can reduce silica content in the body. As such, the digestive tract can dissolve foods better.
Lime has always been used to treat the digestion disorders suffered by anorexic patients.
It can help in restoring a person's normal appetite. You can also mix lime with ginger for best results.

Garlic can improve your digestion.
It works by making it hard for pathogenic microorganisms from proliferating inside the intestines and the rest of the body. It also increases your appetite, stimulating activity in the digestive tract.
Garlic can be mixed in your food. There are also a lot of garlic supplements available in the market today.

Try pepermint tea after or during a meal (I suffer reflux and this is how I get through life pretty much!). Ginger is great for digestion.

The simplest remedy I know is a warm drink--water, tea, something clear, nonalcoholic.
