Which is more important to good health; EPA or DHA?!

DHA is considered the building block of the brain, which is why pregnant women and babies are encouraged to increase their intake of DHA.

EPA has an equally crucial role as possibly being the most vital nutrient for brain and nervous system function.

Each work better when the other is present.

EPA in high doses has been shown to decrease bipolar symptoms and ease depression. Worked for me.

DHA is much more important as it includes brain benefits as well as heart benefits whereas EPA only includes heart benefits.
