OMG!

im the same way...it's a total mental thing, i just can not do it..even though i know i swallow bigger pieces of food haha...but still idk..so thank god ive never been extremely sick where i need to take pills

i wouldn't exactly call it a phobia, for me its more of a muscle reflex to stop swallowing
