Question: Spice Gold is supposedly illegal in the US!?

so says my retail merchandise vendors and so says a lot of web sites!. I heard it contains DMT which is the ingredient that is illegal in the US!. Yet I know of some retail stores in my area that sell it!. Anyone know if it is truly illegal, if it truly contains DMT!?
