Cutting will hurt you, I work with alot of teens that have been doing this!.!.and they say they dont cut to hurt themselves, they cut to take the pain from there heart, and hurt somewhere else!.
Im telling you, that you are a very special person!.!.and you have people that care for you!.
There is a void in your life, something missing!.!.!.you can get some help for this, Your life is very valuable and special!.!.!.Please dont risk that!.

Usually cutting shows a feeling of emptiness!. That is USUALLY the reason people feel the urge to cut themselves!. Doing things like cold showers, doing sit ups until you feel the burn, sweating in the sunshine can help with the need to feel!. I hope this helps you try these things in the order I listed them!. Try to find a way to express your feelings that doesn't harm yourself, like learn how to play an instrument, write, or paint!.
