Chances are your feet are swollen because you are retaining fluid!. High blood pressure will very often have a part in retaining fluid!. I am guessing that you may be overweight and not too physically active!. High Blood pressure can be pretty dangerous for you!. High blood pressure can contribute to swollen ankles and feet!. Or this can be a sign of something more serious!. If you experience any shortness of breath or heart palpitations, go to the doctor immediately!. If you push on the swelling (fairly hard) and your fingerprint indentation stays in your swollen skin for a few seconds, go to the doctor soon!.
If you elevate your feet above your heart and the swelling goes down, it is just an accumulation of water and may not be dangerous!. You need to drink more water, elevate your feet everyday for about 20 minutes, walk everyday for about 30 min!., avoid salt and eat lots of fruits and veggies!.

Congestive heart failure is the failure of the heart to pump blood around the body to the organs, the patient cannot exert themselves because they become short of breath and tired!. it depends!.!.!. did you get stung by a bee and hurt your feet!? But i think it can be caused by a blood flow problem, but your only 15!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
