the above two involve really moving and bending forward and such!. If you don't have that kind of freedom to move around, here are some simpler stretches you can do while sitting in a neutral spine position (straight):

I suppose, if you're limber and the chair is roomy,
you could sit lotus!.
Other than that, I think you'll have to stick to isometrics
and stretches!. Getting up and walking around once

If the chair is stable, one can attempt a head stand!. I do not recommend it though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
