Don't do it, bad for you!. Ask any doctor!. If you are constipated try Fybogel!. Then take All Bran daily, works wonders!. You'll never feel the need for anything else again!. Must be All Bran though, high fibre content!. Compare labelsWww@Answer-Health@Com
