Question: Good cough remedies!?!?
ok so i have a really bad cough and i cant get rid of it!! I've tried 4 medicines that dont work, wat do i do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would first recommend seeing a doctor due to the length of time that you've had it!. Second stay away from sugars (this include honey)!. You could be naselingly dripping from the back side into the throat to you could have something in your throat!. First, by seeing a doctor you can eliminate anything from cancer to tumors back there!. Having a cough for more than a week is bad because it strains your lungs and other internal organs, especially if you go into long coughing fits!. People have hurt their ribs with bad coughs!.
Anyway, do see a doctor if the cough persists for more than a couple of days!. Observe yourself to see when you cough more (cold!? upon waking!? tired!? nervous!? dust!?) and make sure you mention these triggers to your doctor!.

Drink made of fresh ginger, lemon juice, hot water and honey!
cut piece of fresh ginger(approx!. thicknes of your thumb) chop and boil it in 1 1/2 cup of water about 5-10min on low heat! When it's boiled enough sieve out the ginger bits!. add 1/2 Lemon's Juice and 1 teaspoonful honey stir and drink while its hot!. you can add little bit cinnamon tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
