hey tal!., i drink Apple Cider Vinegar also!. put 2 spoons full in a glass of water, ice helps till your use to the taste!. it helps in digestion, supost to help lose weight, helps in yeast infections ,in people and dogs, if your dog gets ear infections or has skin allergies ,then add 2sponsfull to their drinking water!., drinking water with vinegar eyeryday really helps bad breath in the morrning also it helps keep plack from building on your teeth!. but it has to be Apple Cider Vinegar with the brown apple pulp flotting in the bottle , i buy BRAGG raw unfiltered organic , at the health food store , the apple pulp is called "MOTHER" that is floting in the bottle, be sure and shake it up first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
