You need to do searches on sites like pubmed or the cochrane review to see if this has already been attempted. It would be best to approach a teaching institute as they will have access to all the journals and should be able to give you access on line.
In the mean time look at scholar google. There are lots of papers on there including some you will struggle to find in other journals.
Approach a teaching institution and talk to them.
Does your idea involve any drugs?
If it does this is a hurdle as you will need to find someone to prescribe.
Does it involve equipment?
If so find an institution that has the equipment and then approach them with your idea.
To safe guard yourself from having your idea stolen document it and send it to yourself recorded delivery. When it arrives you must not open it but safe opening it for the legal teams when you present it as this will prove it has the date you sent it and hadn't been tampered with.
If you do have an idea you don't necessarily have to go through a medical school to develop it as a large number of practitioners from varying allied and non allied fields will also treat this condition.
There are other institutions such as Osteopathic colleges, Chiropractic, acupunture etc which will regularly treat people who suffer from this condition and practice using techniques and protocols they have developed.
What I would advise is you approach a teaching institution of a regulated profession.
You may also want to talk the the Barral Institute.

Dr. Jean Pierre Barral has developed a range of techniques to treat musculo-skeletal pain by affecting internal organs which he now teaches to Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Doctors and a whole host of other people worldwide. He may not be interested in your idea but could give you guidance on where to go.
