What are good things for a sore throat?!

Question: What are good things for a sore throat?
I don't like tea.

Answers:

Gargle with warm water that has either a spoonful of salt or baking soda added to it. This will help neutralize any acid in the throat and help to alleviate the pain, and do this as soon as you feel the soreness return. Drink ginger tea, you can make it from fresh chopped or sliced ginger that has been simmered for about 15 minutes in water. It will burn at first but helps to bring white blood cells to the area. You can also use a spoonful of cayenne pepper in a cup of hot water and drink that for the same effect. Sounds strange but that is a natural remedy that is given to children at camps when they complain of starting to get a sore throat, all natural and no medications needed. You might also want to get some fresh lemons and limes and drink the juice with a glass of water, the extra vitamin C helps your immune system. And someone I know this last week got sick from a cold, sneezing coughing etc. He started roasted whole heads of garlic in his oven and eating those and the cold was cured by the next day.

Eat bologna it breaks down the mucus and the throat doesn't stay red anymore and it makes your breath stinky.

cough drops should really help you :)

lemon juice, honey and a good Whiskey
