Can I take Naproxin with Tylenol together?
Or can I take one of them with NyQuil?

You can take naproxen and tylenol at the same time, yes, or you can take naproxen with NyQuil, but I believe NyQuil has acetaminophen (read the label to make sure), which is tylenol, so don't take them together.

Laura- tylenol is completely different from Naproxen- Naproxen is an NSAID, and tylenol isn't. It's ok to take them both.

You cannot take Tylenol with Naproxen. They are basically the same thing. NyQuil should be fine as long as it does not have any pain-reducer such as ibueprofin or acetametaphine.
