Question: Herb that helps suppress your appetite?
I just want something Natural or Herbal to help me stop craving for food and sweet sugary food... I am putting on the weight fast....

I sent yo an email. I forgot: do you get mostly hungry during PMS. Estrogen causes that. Vitex helps with estrogen excess. Also you don't have to change your diet but you must change what you eat: buy all your foods without preservatives or chemicals (google obesogens) and try to start your meals with healthy fats which promote weight loss (full fat dairy, cheese, a few olives, avocado slices, or VCO..see below).

I would also suggest you only cook with coconut oil, the MCTs in it promote weight loss. I spread (room temperature) coconut oil on sprouted bread or refrigerate it and eat a chunk it's like a candy bar taste. Don't try to eat the coconut oil without bread at room temp, it's weird!

If you buy coconut oil make sure it's VCO (Virgin coconut oil... which is also organic). The website I emailed you has it. You can just add VCO to your diet (read the reviews or google it) and you will see pounds melt guaranteed by the end of week 1 as if by magic!

Get rid of all plant oils & use only VCO, lard or organic butter. Good luck & keep me posted! :)

Try Gymnema. Its an herb that supports healthy blood sugar levels. When your blood sugar levels plummet, it makes you hungry especially for carbs and sugar because it will cause your blood sugar to elevate faster than anything else, and your body is always seeking homeostasis. The problem is, if you eat something sugary or with simple carbs, then your blood sugar spikes then plummets again and its a vicious cycle and then you feel like you're hungry even though you're constantly eating. L-Glutamine helps reduce the craving for carbs, i take up to 4grams a day. Other than that i eat high fat (which your body is able to digest easily) and i'm always full cause it takes your body longer to prossess.... just stay away from the carbs, those make you hungry again very fast. (i lost lots of weight by cutting carbs out of my diet) and eat protein.



there is no herb that makes you stop craving these things but excerisiing and drinking alot of water should help quell cravings for food and make you feel better.
