Take some Nyquil or Unisom or Tylenol PM if you are aching. Try some warm tea such as Chamomile or if nauseous peppermint or ginger teas. Warm milk, I usually make a little hot chocolate but it depends on how your tummy is feeling too. You could try a warm bath.
have a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of honey. or maybe just read a little from a book or magazine it helps u think of something else and makes your eyes tired
tomorrow go get urself some vitamin c tablets, and eat plenty of garlic in your meals. also ginger is very good t kill flu or cold germs. ull be up and runnin fairly soon. keep urself warm and sweat all the germs out. drink lots of water it helps eliminating and purifying :)
If you're looking for a natural solution melatonin is a good sleep enhancer. If you can't get to the store try a glass of warm milk, it contains an enzyme called tryptophan that enhances sleep. The same enzyme in Turkey that makes us all nap after Thanksgiving Dinner. Hope this helps.
no, just take some paracetamol for the aches and pains. There isn't a lot else you can do really. Didn't you get the flu vaccination?
Try NyQuil Daytime for the day, and NyQuil Nighttime for night until the flu passes.
