How do I address kyphosis in aromatherapy?!
Question: How do I address kyphosis in aromatherapy?
I'm a second year complementary therapist.
I have been assigned client scenarios to complete, and one of these scenarios is:
Elderly female client with high blood pressure and diabetes would like an Aromatherapy massage. This will be her first massage.
This client has a pronounced Kyphosis, poor muscle tone and very little adipose tissue.
and I have to say how I would address the kyphosis, during the aromatherapy massage?
I'm not entirely sure what I should write?
Any fellow therapists know?
Many thanks xxx

Unfortunately no complimentary therapy will help your 'client's' ( OMG how I hate people being called clients!) high blood pressure or diabetes, so her kyphosis is irrelevant.
