Which cooking oil is best for your skin?!

Question: Which cooking oil is best for your skin?
I know it's an odd question, but, after adding olive oil to my body wash and keeping some in a spray bottle to use after bathing as an after shower moisturizer, I've found that it works extremely well on both body and face. However, I do wonder if maybe there's another that would be even better. Or even if it would bode well to combine the olive oil with others such as grapeseed as it's rich in vitamin E. Anyone?

Answers:

Oils are depends on the body type.
Sesame oil is one of the best oil that can be used for cooking and for body.
Sesame oil is famous to penetrate the skin easily thats why its called the best oil for skin.
No doubt that Olive oil is good too but again it depends on your body type and the season of the year.

Hope it'll help

Yes it is nourishing....just make sure it is extra virgin olive oil as that has some beneficial antioxidants for the skin....some of which are antifungal. If you mix it with grapeseed oil you may have a better balance of omega fatty acids if you are looking for skin nourishment. Adding the contents of a vitamin E capsule is also a good idea. For future use, you could also steep antoxidant rich herbs in the oil for a few months prior to use.....herbs such as lemon balm, rosemary and sage which are known to benefit the skin.

Peace.

Yes, olive oil is good and grapeseed would be good too. Grapeseed is pricier than olive oil so combining them together would be better than using just grapeseed. Coconut oil might be another option but it does solidify in cool temperature so it wouldn't work in spray bottle. It would work to rub on the face though.
