Thing is im on a STRICT candida diet which means i can eat literally NOTHING!.. its so hard i cant have dairy, sugar .... so what indian curry would be the least damaging to the diet im on, all spices like coriander, basil, parsley, curry powder, chili, paprika are all good so i need something with minimum added additives and sauce... Rhianna is spot on.

It is worth noting that the alternative concept of Candida infection is very different from real Candida infection.

In the alternative world the diagnosis is not made by a medical doctor, but either something one deduces from filling out questionnaires on the internet, or it is made by a practitioner of some kind of alternative medicine. The sugar idea is a main focus in the alternative version, but in terms of real candida infection it is pure nonsense

It is noteworthy that the alternatives don′t believe that any test done by a medical doctor will be able to detect the Candida, and that they don't always believe that anti-fungal medication will be of any benefit.

The fact that they don't believe that drugs that work against detectable Candida have any effect on "invisible" Candida should raise a red flag.

Eat any you want. It won't make any difference. Candida diets don't work. You've been duped by quack.

Restricting dairy and sugar will have absolutely no effect. Simple sugars are absorbed by the small intestine, so it won't make it to the place where candida could potentially hang out. If anything, avoiding complex plant matter may have some effect, but you don't have candida overgrowth, that's a lie invented by the quacks in order to market their strange diets, detoxes and cleanses. They have no basis in science.

Eat what you want and enjoy your b'day.
