Catnip is a member of the mint family. It's not that powerful of an herb. Where did you get this catnip?If you actually bought pure catnip from an herbal supplier, this would not happen. Did you tear apart a cat toy? It sounds like these effects are coming from some other chemical in the cat toy that was never intended to be used by humans, let alone smoked.
maybe that's because its a hallucinogen designed for cats
