Stressing A lot and I just can't relax?!


Question: Stressing A lot and I just can't relax?
I have so much on my mind and I try a lot of things to relax but nothing really works.
It's usually issue's with my mom.
And my anger issues just keep feeling like they're getting worse.
On top of all that Im really shy. My shyness has gone away a little since wen I was younger.
But when I wanna get out and away from this house, its really hard to meet new friends when im so shy. All my old ones always introduce me too new people n its always awkward cause I don't talk much plus super embarrassingly I blush a lot.
I wanted some opinions on if it might be a good idea to smoke once in a while, I know its really bad or what ever, but maybe not that bad once in a while? all my friends smoke.(and I know that's not an excuse I just thought id add that.) I never have before. But every one says beer is way worse..

Yet I am a successful person and a self made person.

Stay as you are.
Keep to your principles.
Maintain your habits and likes and dislikes.
Visit the Church regularly.
Maintain your hobbies and keep to your schedule of work, studies etc.
Listen to soft music , never listen to Jazz or Rock Music that hits our nerves.
That will sooth your nerves and help in Anger Management.
Try singing, bird watching, painting and enjoy Nature and its beauties.
You are an exception and I hope you remain so unique.

Personal experience



Do not start smoking. People who smoke are just showing others how stupid they are. Smoking can cause a whole bunch of diseases. My aunt died of lung cancer.

You are just 17. Things will get better as you grow up more. For nerves, take calcium, vitamin D and Magnesium. Those three will help you to relax.

1 gm of Calcium, 2000 units of D and 500 mgs of Magnesium daily.

sports help me to relax and im able to take out my anger on them, they also help you make friends and work as a team! you could also try relaxation things like yoga



addiction of any kind,nature or quantity is not the cause remover but some more upon..It is a saying that " I Thought one as if my foe but when by chance as good luck wold have it I met him and found a nice personality ever met. now we are best friends. . . so, question your parents arizing in your mind without hesitation daily.

For few nights & before you go to bed you crush nearly two grams of opium-seeds and add in a cup of boiling milk. stir at least 300seconds of time. .than drink like tea. will you forget to drink water as much as possible say several bowl full daily.
