Question: Natural ways to increase energy?
I have completely cut out caffeine from my diet because i was starting to affect my sleeping and energy levels, But it's been a couple months and I find myself becoming very tired during mid-day. I don't like energy drinks or 5 hour energy or anything like that, but, I need to find something I can do/eat/drink to get through the day and stay focused. I work in an office so, theres no reason behind my sleepyness and I get my 7-8 hours of sleep a night. What can I do to get past that "2:30 feeling?" Thanks!

It really sounds like it would have the opposite affect, but regular exercise is a good way to increase energy. Not only while you're exercising, but throughout the day, too.
