Is there an easy therapy either to warm or cool our bodies?!

Question: Is there an easy therapy either to warm or cool our bodies?

Did you know that a simple breathing exercise can help to ease your headache and tiredness? It’s easy to do, can be done anywhere and anytime. Just spare a few minutes to follow these basic instructions and you may be able to lift some discomfort you feel along the day. Try it and see if it works for you.

Here are the tips to help ease headache and tiredness through a breathing exercise. It is based on the theory of the difference in role of each of our nostrils. Interesting stuff!

(Note: At the point of posting this tip, I have not experienced any headache nor tiredness, so I couldn’t test out whether this works for me! Let me know if it works for you.)

Our noses have left and right nostrils.

Apparently, the right nostril represents the sun/”heat” and the left side represents the moon/”cold”.

When you are suffering from a headache, close off your right nostril and use your left nostril to breathe for about 5 minutes. This supposedly will help to ease your headache.

If you feel tired, do it the opposite way. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril. After a few minutes, you will feel refreshed.

Because the right side belongs to heat, it gets ‘hot’ easily. Likewise, the left side gets cold easily. Women breathe mainly with their left nostril, so they get calm down easily. Men breathe mostly with their right nostril, so they get angry easily.

When we wake up, do we notice which nostril breathes faster? Is it the left side or the right side ? If the left nostril breathes faster, you will tend to feel tired. Close your left nostril and use your right nostril to breathe to feel more refreshed.

"BREATHING ThERAPY"

The nose has a left and a right side; we use both to inhale and exhale.

Actually they are different; you would be able to feel the difference. The right side represents the sun and the left side represents the moon. During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.

In about 5 minutes, your headache will be gone! If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster.

From Shrenik R. Dalal

Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.

Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right? If left is faster, you will feel tired. So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.

This can be taught to kids, but it is more effective when practiced by adults.

My friend used to have bad headaches and was always visiting the doctor. There was this period when he suffered headache literally every night, unable to study. He took painkillers, did not work, he decided to try out the breathing therapy here: closed his right nose and breathed through his left nose. In less than a week, his headaches were gone! He continued the exercise for one month.

This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that one has to experience. So, why not give it a try?

Breathing Therapy

Our noses have left and right nostrils. Are these nostrils having the same function for inhaling / “breathe- in” and exhaling / “breathe- out”?

Actually it’s not the same and we can feel the difference. Accordingly, the right side represents the sun / “heat” and the left side represents the moon / “cold”.

When having headache, try to close your right nostril and use your left nostril to do breathing for about 5 min. The headache will be gone. If you too tired, do it the opposite way. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril. After a while, you will feel refreshed again. Because the right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily. The left side gets cold easily.

When we wake up, do we notice which nostril breathes faster? Is it the left side or the right side ? if the left nostril breathes faster, you will feel very tired. Close your left nostril and use your right nostril for breathing and you will get refresh quickly. You can teach your kids about it.

The effect of breathing therapy is much better for adults. I used to have painful headache. While consulting a doctor, he tole me jokingly, “you will be all right if you get married!” The doctor did not bullshit me as he had his theory and supported with testimony. During that time, I used to have headache every night and I was not able to study. I took medicine but I was not cured.

One night as I sat down to meditate, I closed my right nostril and breathed with my left nostril. In less than a week, it seemed that my headache problem had left me! I continued doing it for about a month and since then there was no recurrence of headache in me. This is my own experience. I used to tell others who also suffer headache to try this method as it was effective for me. It also works for those who have tried as well.

This is a natural therapy, unlike taking medicines for a long time may have side effect. So, why don’t you try it out?. Practice the correct ways of breathing / “breathe in and breathe out” and your body will be relaxed.
