Question: I want to blow smoke without drugs?

I am amused by cigarettes not for the feeling but for blowing smoke and having fun with that without nicotine and harmful effects, is their anyway way maybe like a hookah and some other material to make smoke. THanks!

get one of those electronic cigarettes they have on infomercials. They're just water vapor and ****, no nicotine.

hookahs use tobacco...so thats a no go. theres no way to use that without putting some herb or drug in there...
