I have these lttel things on my inner thight that look like pimiples they r close to my ball sac but there r none one ther what r these

You've probably got a fungal infection, these are normally itchy, but you did not mention this, so it could be an allergy to a change of washing powder, or even some dyes in new clothing have this effect. I would advise a visit to your doctor, it is more likely to be a fungal infection, and your doctor will prescribe caneston cream, or a similar type, you may be able to buy this over the counter.

Do they hurt? If so, they are probably acne/ boils or ingrown hairs. It's actually pretty common to get them down there.
