Question: What will if we take TOPAMAC 25 mg along with TRYPTOMER10 mg or if we take in the same day with some time?
gap , is it advisable to take like like this , presently i am using Topamac 25mg and i was also given tryptomer 10 mg by another doctor , i feel comfortable wheni use topamac 25 mg , when i use tryptomer 10 mg i feel sleepy and get headache ..both this doctors say to stop each others tablets but no one said to continue the both .....

its difficult to tell without knowing for which reason u r using both. Generally tryptomer has more side effect.
