No.
B1 is a water soluble vitamin and so any excess will be excreted from the body. Since you are taking it as part of a multivitamin/b complex you should be fine. Generally speaking you want to take all the B vitamins as a group.
You may also want to check the serving size. Sometimes the serving size is 3 pills and so if you take one pill then you are only getting 1/3 the dose. So double check the serving size on the back to see how many pills you have to take to get the 100mg. If it is 2 or 3 then you can split them up with meals so that you get better value for your money.

The RDA is often a bare minimum of our true needs, from what I read.
It is best to take a B complex vitamin. My complex has 4.5 MG of B1
I am curious, why do you question the amount of B1 specifically, and what makes you question the amount?
