What is the fastest way to get over being sick from stress?!

Question: What is the fastest way to get over being sick from stress?
Seriously, I have a 66 hour train ride with my two year old in two days and I have had to move my entire house within less than a week. My muscles are sore, I keep getting a bloody nose, I'm breaking out, I can't move my legs for some reason it's like they refuse. I need them to work I am not done packing yet.

I got a cold.. I haven't been sick in over three years like this- how do I make it go away?

You need to get some good sleep, you may want to take a Tylenol PM. Drink a lot of water. Take a 5 Hour Energy when you need to wake up. Eat a good meal like a fresh salad with a hard boiled egg and some fruit (pick it up at the local store so you don't have to make anything). Also, take some Emergen-C.
Make sure you have something to entertain your 2 year old that will let you relax, like a DVD.
Good luck.

Sit on your hands,
inhale from the sitting bones (in fact try to be aware of the whole region of sacrum (under lumbar region) and sitting bones, perineum.
With the exhale, always have relaxation of the body in mind.
Once concentrate on the length of the body (I personally observe the the spine or the front of the body (face, throat, chest, plexus, bellybutton)), a next time you concentrate on your legs relaxing 'into the earth', and so you alternate.
Don't force things, one thing at a time.
And don't force the breath, if it's short, it's short. Just observe the body parts.
Then you combine things.

The sitting on hands is good for regeneration.
Try to do it for 20 minutes at once, 3 times a day.

I've read this exercise in Yahoo Answers and combine it with the meditation I've recently read in a book and it works very well.

Dear Zenny,

You need to step back a bit...this is not going to work for you if you don't pay attention to your body. Try to relative things and relax a bit...Tomorrow there WILL be another day...

you need to try and just relax, watch a dvd or get some sleep, have a long soak in the bath...

FRANKLY ~

Just sit....relax.....zzzzz
I should think U really need a good MASSAGE (Head>toes)
........& A NICE HOT SHOWER/BATH.....

Wow....Can U imagine that ????:)

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP AND SLEEP!
