What is the highest recommended dosage of St. John's Wort?!

Question: What is the highest recommended dosage of St. John's Wort?
I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while and no longer have insurance, so I have been trying St. John's Wort as an alternative for a couple months now with and haven't noticed a significant difference. I have been taking 300mg three times a day like it says on the bottle, and was considering upping the dosage, but need to know what the maximum recommended dosage is before trying out other supplements.

Thanks

The highest amount that doctors recommend is 0mg. St. John's Wort is completely ineffective and worse yet it causes the liver to metabolize real drugs more quickly, negating their effectiveness. For example, some types of birth control pills are negated by SJW.

This is a major health insurance plan for individuals and families. If you are looking for comprehensive long term health insurance coverage for yourself and/or your family members who are 62 years old or younger - this is the plan to choose.

Short Term Medical Plans
This plan is ideal for individuals in transition. Maybe you have just graduated from college and are no longer covered under your student health insurance or you moved out on your own, and you're no longer covered under your parents' medical insurance plan. Or perhaps you're employed part-time, going to school, leaving home for the first time, or even retiring early. Maybe you've found a new job, but your new employer's group health insurance plan won't kick in until you've been with months.
