Question: Would taking a laxative after the overdose help the stomach pains at all?
i made a bad decision and now I'm trying to recover, these pains are killing me especially since they only really bother me when i lay down, therefore i cant really sleep much.

do not take the laxatives cos it will put extra strain on your liver and kidneys.go to the nearest hospital asap.they will give you some charcoal stuff that will stop all the pills damaging your insides. and dont worry they not there to judge.
get medical advice, if you don't want to see a doctor go to an acupunturist who can help rebalance yr energy (but will probably still advise you go to yr doctor)
If you took an overdose go to the hospital. A laxative might make the problem worse.
