Vomiting from smoking too much?!

Question: Vomiting from smoking too much?
I smoke a lot of weed (once-three times everyday) to help alleviate oncoming migraines/period pains, however I've started to notice if I DON'T smoke right before I go to bed, I'll wake up in the early morning and start vomiting. I used to be fine not smoking right before bed, but now it's a guarantee that I will either vomit/dry heave for about thirty minutes if I don't. Is this something the marijuana's doing? Or could it be another health concern?

Other than smoking mary jane, I'm extremely healthy, eat right, exercise daily, etc. The only medication I take that I think could have an affect on my vomiting is my birth control, but as I said, I used to be fine not smoking weed before I go to bed (when I take my b.c.), so I don't know if that could be it.

So, what should I do? I don't want to stop smoking before bed because I'll throw up, but I feel like that's not solving the problem. Has anyone had something like this happen to them? Any help is appreciated :)

Answers:

You may be smoking enough to experience a little withdrawal if you don't smoke before bed, which could cause the nausea. You might also want to consider trying different strains. Sativa might not cause the problem - if it is being caused by the mj. You could try making a tincture to use before you get up in the morning and see if that takes care of the nausea.

I have considerable experience with medical marijuana and I have not seen this kind of reaction unless there was an underlying health problem. Most of my experience is with cancer patients so your situation is different.
