If somebody...ANYBODY tells you that it does, they are lying through they're teeth. I have been around every aspect of your question for more years than you have been alive. (Unless you are over 34). Now the thing to remember is that although it looks pretty in the magazine, it tastes like sh*t and proves to have no effect at all. Don't waste your money as something grown in your garage would be better. Stick with your neighborhood contacts.
