NIGELLA (Black Sesame), GIBRALTER (Lespedezy thunbergii) and INCENSE from Egypt?!
Question:
NIGELLA (Black Sesame), GIBRALTER (Lespedezy thunbergii) and INCENSE from Egypt?
My friend just brought these things back from her vacation to be used as herbal remedies. I know some about the Nigella Oil, but not too much about the others. The Gibralter is to be cooked to a tea, and the Incense to be soaked in water overnight.
I would really appreciate any information about them, how to prepare them, and how to use them the best. What is Incense actually good for??
Should take these things every day, once a week, or maybe two weeks intesively (as a "treatment")?
Are there any contraindications, or do they react with other medications I may be taking?
Has anyone taken these before? How did they help you?
Thanks a lot in advance!
