junk food (mostly canned and processed food) and It has taken its toll on my body and mind (fatigue, depression and anxiety.) What foods can help me improve my physical and mental health? ps : I'm seeing a psychiatrist and a psychologist

Kefir (liquid yogurt).
Baked beans are good protein.
Fiber One Bars are excellent. I prefer the peanut butter.
Lots of fresh salads, fruits & veggies.
I've been juicing every morning (throwing a bunch of fresh or frozen fruits into the blender with a little white grape juice & some protein powder) & I definitely feel the edge.
Taking a quality multivitamin will greatly help, too.
Give yourself credit for trying. You've got a lot on your plate now.
